Rob Denovan is a full - time Artist  and is well known for his atmospheric landscape paintings. The inspiration for much of his artwork stems from the varied and ever changing landscapes and seascapes of Scotland and the The English Lake District. The creative possibilities which these places  offer an Artist are endless.

Sudden changes in light and weather  afford challenging explorations in mood and colour and Rob hopes this is captured in his paintings. He wants to convey to the viewer the atmosphere and spirit of these places.

Rob's Original paintings can be viewed in the Gallery section, and are available to purchase unless marked with a sold tag. The sold paintings are on view to let you see previous works, just in case you wanted to commission a painting based on one of these. New works will be added at frequent intervals, so please do visit the site again

Rob Denovan's artwork is sold through art galleries and art shows as well as commissions. There are many paintings in private collections , mainly within the UK.
